Hi everyone,

The UKICRS symposium abstract submission page is now active! Closing date for submission is 14th April.

The symposium will be held in the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow this year on 30th-31st May 2017. It offers a wide range of opportunities for both young and established scientists to present their latest research and network with others from academia and industry.

The programme for the symposium can be found on the Events page of the website. Over the next couple of weeks, we will write a blog post on what you can expect from the symposium and provide a background on our keynote speakers, Steve Schwendeman (University of Michigan, USA) and Jo Thomas (Sense about Science). We will also be running a workshop on the 30th May focussed on the public’s understanding/engagement with science, facilitated by Christiana De Meteis. Keep an eye on the blog updates for more details!

Best wishes,
Carol
