Poster format

As always, poster presentations will be at the heart of this year’s symposium.

Poster sessions will be held on both Thursday 16th and Friday 17th, with all coffee and lunches held in the industrial exhibition and poster presentation area in order to facilitate discussions between delegates, exhibitors and presenters.

During the Symposium itself, we have scheduled two poster viewing times during the Symposium on Friday (45 mins and 30 mins duration; see programme) giving presenters lots of time to not only read and discuss the posters, but also to help choose the posters worthy of prize awards.
Posters should be designed in portrait format for display on poster boards (87 cm x 117 cm).

Posters can be displayed from 12 noon on Thursday 16th April, and must be taken down and removed at the end of the conference.
