The nominated activity, which will be selected by the student, must be related to the general field of pharmaceutical sciences / controlled release drug delivery. We are delighted to have two &pound;1000 travel bursaries to award to our UKICRS members. In order to enter the&nbsp;competition, the PhD&nbsp;student must submit a high resolution version of a single figure (published&nbsp;previously in a journal&nbsp;article) that&nbsp;they deem to be particularly&nbsp;impressive, inspiring, or that&nbsp;speaks something&nbsp;important about their research project. The figure can be taken from one of&nbsp;their own&nbsp;articles or the work of other researchers. The applicant also has to have actively contributed to the UKICRS. Examples of this can be attendance at one of the past UKICRS symposia or writing an article for the annual Newsletter. Please also detail in your application how you fulfil this requirement.
