Registration information and costs

A single registration fee includes:
  • Attendance at the 'New Horizons' event (Day 1)
  • Attendance at the Industrial Exposition (Day 1)
  • UKICRS Symposium dinner (Day 1) (delegates pay for own drinks)
  • Attendance at the main UKICRS Symposium (Day 2)​
  • Light lunch on Days 1 and 2
  • Coffee/tea/refreshments on Days 1 and 2​
The registration costs are:
  • Postgraduate: £125
  • Postdoctoral: £125
  • Academic: £160
  • Industrial: £220​

Registration payment via BACS

Registration payment via PayPal

You can also pay debit/credit card via PayPal.
  1. ​Complete the registration wizard below (blue box). When you're ready, click the yellow ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  2. You will be directed to the UKICRS Paypal shopping cart. Check the details are correct, particularly the total amount payable. Either select 'Continue Shopping' to add more registrants, or select the 'Checkout’ button.
  3. At checkout, you can pay using a PayPal account (click the 'Log In' button) or using a credit card/ debit card (click the 'Create an account button'). Don't worry – if you select to pay by card, you will not actually be creating an account!
  4. Simply input your details and approve the payment.
  5. That’s it! A receipt will be sent automatically to your email address. ​

Charitable status

UKICRS is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered UK charity (Charity number: 1109176). Registration fees for meeting attendance are charged to cover the considerable costs associated with hosting scientific meetings, including room/venue hire costs, food costs, and the payment of keynote speaker expenses. Any additional monies generated from these meetings are re-invested in other UKICRS activities.
We make every effort to keep costs to a minimum, so as to encourage attendance and participation by younger members, including postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
